Chan Kwai Ho James is a veteran of the Hong Kong music industry with over 20 years of experience. He has held leadership roles such as General Manager at Love Da Records, where he also established offices in Singapore and Taiwan to expand the company's reach across the region. James contributed to the early development of Earhub Hong Kong, an indie music conference, serving as Music Director in 2018 and 2019 and helping to build it up as a platform for the local scene.
Throughout his career, James has established himself internationally, especially in the operations and development of independent labels and artists. His wide-ranging expertise spans event management, concert production, music consultancy, publishing, copyrights, A&R, artist management, recording, and digital music aggregation. James has also served as a Marketing Consultant for Golden Dynamic , a leading music aggregation company. His extensive experience and passion continue to shape the trajectory of Hong Kong's independent music industry across Asia.
